John Webb was born in Idaho and moved to Eastern Montana when he was an infant. After a year of the cold, snowy and windy area, his parents and him moved back to Osburn, Idaho. Webb has always shown an interest in the news. At the age of 5, his grandfather and him drank black coffee and watched CNN together. He says that's where his dream-job came about.

Webb is a typical North Idahoan... Outdoorsy. He's an active outdoors-man all year long. In the summer, he likes to go camping all over the Inland Northwest. His favorite place to camp is Lake Pend Oreille. He also likes to go fishing, water skiing floating, and boating. On the weekends, you can catch him at a nearby lake or river, soaking up the sun.

During the fall and spring, he enjoys hunting with both his mother and father. His mom takes him hunting in her home-state, Idaho and his dad takes him to his home-state, Montana. During the winter, Webb enjoys skiing and snowmobiling. His father also takes him trapping for bobcat and mink. Catch John up at Lookout Pass or in the thousands of acres Idaho has to offer

He is also an active member in his school. He's been apart of the school's video announcements,  Business Professionals of America, National Honor Society, and Student Government. He is the current All Student Body President for the Wallace Jr/Sr High School.
